Being an Associate Program Coordinator is more than just making copies and assisting our Program Managers. You are essentially a planner in training. Position based in Austin, Texas.

Will work from RVE offices Monday through Friday unless meeting with clients or working onsite at a program. 

Technical Skills: Must know MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.  Would be an extra plus if he/she knows Google Drive, Dropbox, PhotoShop, iDesign, Visio, and/or MS Project.

Assists Program Managers with day-to-day tasks for Client programs while maintaining Client confidentiality.

Must have strong customer service & organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Shows initiative and has the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Attend occasional networking meetings, including but not limited to MPI, ILEA, NACE, HSMAI, and ADMEi (membership & meeting fees will be covered by RVE).

Dress appropriately with business casual to business professional attire. 

Comfortable with e-mail, phone and in-person communication.

Comfortable working on a laptop.

Comfortable typing, creating and formatting documents with minimal instructions.

Ability to make decisions based on critical thinking, problem solving, and research.

Available to work the occasional evening and weekends based on event needs.

Ability to work with little supervision in a fast-pace environment.

Interested in working in a start-up type environment.

Self-motivator with a drive for success.

Conduct all business matters fairly, honestly and ethically with the utmost professionalism.
